Jackets Exchanges/Returns
We offer size exchanges for our Jackets. Product must be unwashed and unworn. Animebae reserves all rights to refuse exchange if the product shows signs of visible wear/damage.
STEP 1 - Please email us at animebae.co@gmail.com.
Please include your order number, which jacket you bought and the size you would like to exchange for.
STEP 2 - Send your jacket back to the address below for inspection.
(PLEASE NOTE. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs/duties)

STEP 3 - After we receive the jacket and it passes inspection.
You will then be issued store credit to purchase your jacket in your correct size.
I just placed an order can I cancel or make changes to it?
We are able to cancel or change an order only if our shipping team hasn't processed your order yet. Please make sure to email us as soon as possible with your order details if you'd like to make changes to it.
Damaged or Defective Product
If the product you purchased is damaged, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your package at animebae.co@gmail.com
(Include your full name, phone number and order number) to receive a full refund.
PRE-ORDERS
All pre-orders are made to order and are final sale. Before placing your pre-order, check the product page for the estimated timeline for production. (Please note that the timeline estimates are business days, and do not include weekends as manufacturers are closed)
