When selecting a shipping option remember that some options will not have a tracking code. Please select the option that has the tracking option if you wish to track your package. e.g. "Canada Post Tracked Packet USA (Tracking Code)" or "Canada Post Small Packet USA Air (No Tracking Code)". Sticker envelope shipping does not include a tracking code.
Tracking Number - Lost and Stolen Packages
If you didn't select the tracking number shipping option and your package didn't arrive, we aren't responsible for lost or stolen items. We will try our best to contact our courier but please protect yourself and purchase the option with the tracking number.
If you did purchase the tracking number option we can give you a full refund if your package was not received.
Public Locations
We can't send packages to public places such as restaurants, public lockers, or public facilities. We do this so we can protect ourselves and our customers from lost or stolen packages.
FREE SHIPPING (SELECTED COUNTRIES)
The FREE shipping offer only applies to those shipping to USA or CAN. If your order is above the amount specified for free shipping then you don't have to pay. All FREE shipping comes with a tracking code.
If you qualified for FREE SHIPPING, It is a default shipping method that is 7-9 days within North America and 10-14 days to anywhere else in the world. DHL 1 Day express shipping is not included in the FREE SHIPPING option.
