SHIPPING TIMES

Order Processing

  • Pre-orders are shipped within 30–45 days after the pre-order close date (unless otherwise stated on the product page).
  • In-stock orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

Transit & Carrier Delays

Once an order has shipped, delivery times are dependent on the carrier and customs authorities.

Due to recent border delays, some shipments may experience extended transit times or temporary tracking pauses. In these cases, tracking may not update immediately. If a shipment is delayed or returned in transit, we will reship the order, and tracking will update once the replacement is sent.

High-Volume Periods

During public holidays, new releases, drop days, and restocks, processing times may be extended due to high order volume. Although rare, customs inspections may also cause additional delays outside of our control.

Important Notice About Chargebacks

We strongly recommend contacting our support team before filing a chargeback. Most delivery issues can be resolved quickly through tracking updates or reshipments. Chargebacks impact both shipping costs and inventory and may delay resolution of your order.

SHIPPING METHODS

Free Shipping

If you've qualified for FREE SHIPPING, please note that it is a default shipping method with delivery times of 5–8 business days within North America and 9–16 business days worldwide. All free shipping orders include tracking. DHL shipping is not included in the FREE SHIPPING option.

Worldwide Shipping

When selecting your shipping option, please note that some options do not include tracking. If you wish to track your package, please select a shipping option that includes tracking, such as “Canada Post Tracked Packet USA (Tracking Code).”

Sticker envelope shipping does not include tracking.

TRACKING NUMBER

How do I get my tracking number?

You will receive a tracking number only if you selected a shipping option that includes tracking. Once your order is fulfilled, your tracking number will be emailed to you. You may also request it through our support chat. If you provided a phone number at checkout, your tracking number will also be sent via SMS.

Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking updates to appear.

Which items receive tracking?

Small items such as face masks, stickers, and pins ordered separately do not receive tracking.

Lost and Stolen Packages

If you selected a shipping option that does not include tracking, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you selected a shipping option that includes tracking, we can issue a full refund if your package does not arrive.

We strongly encourage selecting TRACKED SHIPPING options for protection. Envelope shipping does not include tracking—please ensure your address is entered correctly.

Incorrect Address Inputted

If an incorrect address is entered, we are unable to replace lost packages. Please ensure all address details, including apartment or unit numbers, are correct.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES / DUTIES

Import duties and taxes vary by country. We are legally required to declare the full value of your order. We are not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties charged upon delivery.

PUBLIC LOCATIONS

We do not ship to public locations such as restaurants, public lockers, or facilities. We do ship to private PO boxes.
